While the truth of the matter is that each situation is different, the general process is the same – first, you bring the phone to us so that we can make a diagnosis of the problem. Then, we inform you of the problem and how much time we need to repair the phone. After that, we provide the price and, if it is acceptable to you, repair your phone.
